Plaintiff Chen (female) and defendant Li (male) registered their marriage on 2010/5/20. On 2023/10/15, they obtained a divorce by mutual agreement at the Civil Affairs Bureau and signed a Divorce Agreement, which addressed child custody and division of marital property. In 2024/3, plaintiff Chen discovered that during the marriage, defendant Li had transferred a jointly owned property to his brother at a price significantly below market value without her consent, and had also moved substantial bank deposits into his parents' names, thereby concealing and transferring marital assets. Plaintiff was unaware of these actions at the time of the divorce. She now sues in court, requesting that defendant Li pay economic compensation of 50 yuan and that the marital property be divided anew.

The court ruled that the defendant, Li Mou, shall pay the plaintiff, Chen Mou, economic compensation of 50 ten thousand yuan within 10 days from the effective date of this judgment. The defendant shall bear all litigation and preservation costs for this case.
